Nicole is a qualified and accredited CBT Therapist (British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies), and a member of the British Psychological Society since 2004. She has over 20 years’ experience in the field of mental health, working within a variety of settings including HM Prison Service and voluntary organisations.
Currently, Nicole works in an NHS IAPT service, with adult clients on a one-to-one basis and in groups, alongside psychologists, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals.
In her private practice, Nicole provides solution focussed, evidence-based therapy, meaning that the approaches she uses have been extensively researched to show that they are effective. She stays up to date with the latest developments in CBT.
Nicole works with clients who suffer from depression, trauma, panic, phobias, excessive worrying, health anxiety, OCD, social anxiety and low self-esteem in a non-judgemental manner. She is committed to providing high quality care tailored to her client's specific needs. She has a warm and empathic style and uses a collaborative approach.
Nicole works together with clients to identify and provide the most appropriate and effective tailor-made treatment for them. She is passionate about supporting clients to achieve and sustain the changes they want to make to give them a richer quality of life
Fees for Sessions with Nicole:
The standard fee for either an initial consultation or individual therapy session with Nicole is £90.
