Considering CBT?


If you are considering CBT, the first step is to contact Lindy via e-mail, telephone or the contact form on the contacts page. 


Lindy will ask for a brief summary of your problem, tell you some key information about the way that we work and answer any questions that you may have. 


This initial contact will assist you and Lindy in deciding whether an assessment appointment will be beneficial.
