Bridget is an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP).
She trained at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London. She has extensive experience working in NHS mental health services including 7 years in IAPT services. Beyond this, she has also worked in voluntary organisations and in private practice. You can be sure to receive the highest quality care during your sessions.

Bridget specialises in using evidence-based CBT treatment for depression and anxiety disorders including

She works hard to tailor these evidence-based treatments to the specific needs of her clients.
Bridget sees her therapeutic role as one where she works together with her clients to better understand their current difficulties. She will compassionately explore how these difficulties might have come about, identify what might be maintaining them, and challenge them together. Her approach is thoughtful, creative, and collaborative.
Bridget believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and strives to help her clients feel comfortable, understood and safe in their sessions. She loves seeing people’s lives improve through therapy, and it is something she is passionate about.
Fees for sessions with Bridget:
If you are self-paying for therapy sessions, the standard fee for either an initial consultation or individual therapy session is £120.
Bridget is registered with Cigna, WPA & Aviva.
