Lindy is a Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

Between 2014 and 2017 Lindy was employed by the National Health Service as a High-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist specialising in treating clients with anxiety disorders and depression.
Since 2016, Lindy has been publicly appointed as a Specialist Psychologist Member of the Parole Board of England and Wales.
Lindy offers private therapy for adults, assisting individuals with anxiety and worry difficulties, OCD, phobias, panic attacks, health anxiety, social anxiety and PTSD.
Lindy also offers Behavioural Couples Therapy.
Lindy is passionate about the work that she does, which is driven by seeing the positive results that a cognitive-behavioural approach can achieve. Her style is warm and collaborative, believing that recovery occurs when the client understands their difficulties and the triggers for them and learns the skills and techniques to combat and overcome them.
Fees for Sessions with Lindy
If you are self-paying for therapy sessions, the standard fee for either an initial consultation or an individual therapy session is £160.
Individual initial consultations or therapy sessions on a Sunday are £200 per session.
Behavioural Couples Therapy sessions are £200 per session on a weekday and £220 on a Sunday.
