Juliette is an EMCC-accredited coach supporting people through uncertainty, diagnosis, and significant life changes.
Who coaching can help?
Coaching can be helpful for individuals who:
· are adjusting to a diagnosis, managing an ongoing condition, or navigating a period of change
· feel stuck, uncertain, or unsure what to do next
· want to clarify their priorities and take meaningful next steps
· would like more confidence in navigating decisions and moving forward
How Coaching Works
Juliette’s approach offers a calm, practical way to think things through and find manageable next steps. It is structured and forward‑looking, helping people regain clarity and feel more confident. Coaching also supports self‑advocacy - understanding options and speaking up where needed. It can sit alongside therapy or medical treatment, or be used as a standalone way to move forward.
Experience and Professional Background
Juliette’s coaching approach is informed by her clinical experience in the NHS, working with individuals and families affected by serious and life‑threatening conditions, as well as her experience coaching staff in demanding roles.
She is also a Principal Registered Genetic Counsellor and can offer genetics support and expertise where relevant. She holds a doctorate, and her current research explores new ways of supporting people after a breast cancer diagnosis, integrating coaching and genetic counselling.
Juliette has recently published academic work on adjustment following diagnosis and self‑advocacy. Juliette is a trustee of the charity Jnetics, which works to improve awareness and prevention of hereditary conditions and cancers in the Jewish community.
Fees for sessions with Juliette:
The standard fee for a coaching session with Juliette is £100 for online and outdoor coaching or £120 in-person (Hertfordshire/London).
